John Iuppa Homes, Inc. has been a family owned and operated company since 1974. John retired in 1995 after completing new home subdivisions in Perinton, Greece and Gates. John has since turned over the family business to his son Richard who is now working on a subdivision Taylor Farms in Churchville and will be starting work on a new subdivision known as Northview in Sweden. Rich worked with his father all through high school and has learned many skills from his dad. Together he and his father have instituted a motto which says it all “Our best advertisers are our customers.” Rich has taken pride in keeping his new homeowners completely satisfied and clients’ words go a very long way. Rich works on the job site every day and oversees the day-to-day construction. His commitment is to build you your dream home in either one of his subdivisions or off site using your plans or ours.
