Junior Properties, Ltd. was formed in 1996 by Rick Osborne, Jr. and is headquartered in the Matchworks Building in Mentor, Ohio. Junior Properties owns, operates, and manages commercial and residential properties as well as performing new construction and re-development projects. Junior Properties can also provide design, demolition, and environmental services.
