Once a design is created Mark develops a cost estimate based upon your selection of finishes.

The lot is also a very important part your new home. Location and position of the house gets scrutinized by Mark to assure you maximize the lot and all of it's potential. When the construction starts, Mark walks you through the process that he alone supervises from day to day until completion. Mark is able to do this because he only takes three new home projects at a year. He encourages bi-weekly visits at minimum to the construction site as to explain to you every phase. When your home is completed he gives you a full one year material and labor warranty against defects. All of the homes mechanical equipment is covered by is manufacturer's warranty.
