The interior millwork and hardwood flooring is acclimated for good fit and finish. The stone or tile floors are installed over a 1/2” concrete wonder board underlayment system that is glued and nailed. All homes include structured-wiring with Cat 5 phone lines and Quad-shielded cables that are star -wired to a control panel.
