William M.Graziani Jr. is a second generation builder who learned the trade from his father prior starting his own company, Graziani Homes in 1990. He has successfully combined his father's tradition of integrity of construction and history of building the old fashioned way with his own more contemporary views and designs with an eye on the future. Mr. Graziani is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and has built many homes in Peters and Cecil Townships. He builds both contract and spec homes in Alto Piano, a residential development in Cecil Township adjacent to Southpointe.
