The walking trails throughout Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 of Venango Trails have been completed! These trails are anything but your average residential walking trails. The 2 miles of nature trails that connect both Venango Trails and Venango Estates meander through 88 acres of pristine forest that has been dedicated to the Allegheny Land Trust as preserved green space. These nature trails provide easy access to the natural amenities that surround the Venango Trails communities, including serene old growth forests, a tranquil stream and a vista of the surrounding area from an open hilltop. The breathtaking trails also encompass a portion of the historic Venango Path. Venango Path was part of the trail system that George Washington led his troops through on his way to Erie.

The Venango Trails Clubhouse is a 7,000 square foot facility that overlooks the Venango Trails Lake at the entrance to the community. The building features unique, high quality design and construction such as hand-crafted timber frame structure; large vaulted ceilings with natural wood finishes; a large indoor fireplace with 30' tall stone chimney at the center of the main gathering space; cleft stone flooring at the entryway; and expansive outdoor patios with covered porches, outdoor seating, and a firepit overlooking the lake. The interior of the building offers a multitude of amenities for the residents of Venango Trails, including a large Great Room and Kitchen with seating for over a hundred people, a Lounge with flat screen TVs and kitchenette for smaller gatherings, a fully-equipped Exercise Room, and a 1,500 square foot space to accommodate a future neighborhood market and bistro. Together with the well-appointed outdoor spaces and picturesque setting, the Venango Trails clubhouse is a unique amenity that enlivens the community and enhances the lifestyle of the community residents. It's no surprise that the Clubhouse is reserved by residents for special events both large and small several months in advance almost every weekend throughout the year.
